She’s constantly looking for new paths instead of following the trite ones and encourages her clients to do the same. She set up her first company in 2011, but Aeffect turned out to be her true calling. Formerly, she was a journalist for 18 years, and received the Pulitzer Memorial Prize in 2010 for investigative journalism.

She has coordinated the design and production of numerous award-winning campaigns as the project manager. She’s the one who knows the remedy to any of our clients’ problems. Not to mention that her favorite area is employer branding: she welcomes any of the HR challenges, from recruiting through talent management, all the way to the increase of efficiency.

Judit comes up with the most original ideas that will also work like a charm. She is the unique combination of the quick-witted copywriter, the sharp-sighted visual expert, and realizes any plan with extreme precision. She gets her inspiration out of a decade’s experience in film-making, and many years as a successful campaign manager.

With 7 years’ experience in urban development and local policies, Szelim easily finds his way in various structures. He supports the project, from the first minute of the brainstorming to the very end of the execution. Moreover, together with Judit, he delivers the best camera and pitching training in town.

Sára is regularly involved in the organization of Hungary’s most popular festivals and events and, apart from event management, supports Aeffect with her experience in journalism and through her networks. She is a talented crisis-manager, fast and efficient in problem-solving, meanwhile also helping the creative work with surprising and original contributions.

She worked with several national and international organizations as a political and media analyst. Within the Aeffect team, she works primarily as a media analysist and also joins in on the creative works.

Fruzsina started her carreer with researching museum communicationas a team member of several Budapest-based institutions and exhibitions. She spent her traineeship at a magazine as media resercher and co-organizer of fundraising events.
